How long will my order take to get here?
Delivery: U.S. 7–14 biz days, APO/FPO up to 15, Canada 7–10, Intl ~15. Biz days exclude weekends/holidays.

Online orders can’t ship to multiple addresses. Submit separate orders or send a PO via email/fax with items listed per address.
What are the shipping and handling costs?
Shipping varies by location. U.S.: $6.50 under $65, 10% over. AK/HI/APO: 15% ($7.50 min). Canada: 10% ($14 min). Intl: 15% ($20 min).
Do you accept wire transfers for international orders?
Intl orders need a credit card. Wire transfer is allowed post-order for a $30 fee—finalize via email with Customer Service.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Intl orders may incur customs fees/taxes. Provide a phone for delivery. Don’t refuse shipments. NAFTA certs available for Mexico—call us.
International Ordering
Canada: 10% of subtotal, $14 min. Other intl: 15%, $20 min. Intl customers pay customs, duties & taxes.
