Admins can log in to +Live Insights to create teachers, classes, and students, and assign licenses. New admins must first create an account.

If your school doesn’t use Clever or ClassLink, you can submit rosters via One-time Bulk Import, which also supports Google SSO. Please see our instructions.

What if I need to return or exchange an item?
Returns are accepted within 3 months if items are unused. Include return form, reason, and refund/exchange request. Digital refunds apply if not activated.

Yes, with the new Screener you can adjust them. To adjust, go to Edit and click the Class Details button.

Educators log in via Clever, ClassLink, Google SSO, or directly at +Live Insights. Access apps from the Dashboard or specific educator URLs.
How do students login?
Students log in via Clever, ClassLink, Google SSO, or with a username and code at specific URLs. Wet-Dry-Try requires the Apple app download.
