To pay by PO, select it at checkout. Only schools/orgs can use POs. If unavailable, Please email your purchase order to emailorders@lwtears.com
Confirm or add your shipping address at checkout. Shipping & tax will update once your info is entered.
Licenses expire 1 year after activation or 15 months after purchase. Check expiration in +Live Insights or contact support for exact dates.
To begin rostering, log in to +Live Insights and go to Roster Management. Choose a method and follow instructions. Email us to schedule launch.
We offer setup via Clever, ClassLink, Google SSO, or bulk upload. Use +Live Insights and our Implementation Guide to get started.
Checking out with a quote on our store
Digital licenses are valid for 1 year. Activate within 3 months of purchase or the term starts automatically.
If your digital admin has left, contact helpdesk@lwtears.com or call 888.983.8409, option 5, to regain access to your licenses.
Licenses can only be transferred before activation. Log in to +Live Insights and use “Activate or Transfer.” Contact support if already activated.
