How do I remove sales tax?
If tax exempt, upload your certificate at checkout or email it with your order ID/PO to taxdepartment@lwtears.com for review before ordering.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Learning Without Tears® accepts Visa, MC, AmEx, check, money order, PO. Online orders: credit cards only. Printable forms available.
I placed my order with a purchase order, what are your payment terms?
We accept authorized POs from U.S. and Canadian schools and businesses. Terms: Net 30 from shipment date for easy and flexible purchasing.
Do you accept purchase orders from my school or business?
Learning Without Tears accepts signed purchase orders or school letters for orders, but not via phone or online. Submit via email, fax, mail, or upload.
How can I change or reset my password?
To reset your password, use “Forgot your password?” on any login page. Follow the prompts to verify your email and set a new password.
Will my order be taxed?
Sales tax is applied based on shipping address. Exemptions accepted with valid forms. Some states and provinces are tax-free.
