Are your workshops eligible for continuing education credits?
Workshops offer contact hours. AOTA converts 10 contact hours into 1 CEU. Check with other organizations for their conversion and acceptance policies.

I’m registered for a workshop but want to cancel can I get a refund?
You may cancel a workshop for a refund minus a $35 fee if materials haven’t shipped or links haven’t been sent. One courtesy date transfer is also available.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card, check, and purchase order (must be a signed and approved PO, not requisition).
I have questions about workshop topics or am having trouble ordering a workshop online?

Where can I find information on how to create my classes and students as an administrator?
Admins can log in to +Live Insights to create teachers, classes, and students, and assign licenses. New admins must first create an account.
My school does not use Clever or ClassLink. Do you have another option available to provide our rosters to you for back to school season?
If your school doesn’t use Clever or ClassLink, you can submit rosters via One-time Bulk Import, which also supports Google SSO. Please see our instructions.
