Activating a New Product License
Log in to +Live Insights to access licenses, help guides, and support for using Mat Man and Me’s digital tools.
What are your system requirements?
Check our system requirements to ensure compatibility with digital products. See the Digital Product Setup guide for activation help.
How are student devices set up?
For Bulk Import or Manual Setup, enter the teacher PIN on the student login page during first login. It will be saved for future access.
How can I find out when my licenses expire?
Licenses expire 1 year after activation or 15 months after purchase. Check expiration in +Live Insights or contact support for exact dates.
How do I begin the process of rostering?
To begin rostering, log in to +Live Insights and go to Roster Management. Choose a method and follow instructions. Email us to schedule launch.
What are the Terms and Conditions for digital licenses?
Digital licenses are valid for 1 year. Activate within 3 months of purchase or the term starts automatically.
What if my digital admin has left the district and I need access to the licenses?
If your digital admin has left, contact helpdesk@lwtears.com or call 888.983.8409, option 5, to regain access to your licenses.
How do I transfer digital product licenses to someone else?
Licenses can only be transferred before activation. Log in to +Live Insights and use “Activate or Transfer.” Contact support if already activated.
How do I activate my licenses?
Activate licenses via the email link or by logging into +Live Insights. Use “Activate or Transfer” on the Dashboard. Need more? Visit our Products page.
