Can I transfer my digital licenses to another person?

Yes—but only before licenses are activated.

Steps:

1. Log in to +Live Insights® with the email address tied to the licenses.
2. Click Activate or Transfer.
3. Choose:
   • Transfer all licenses, or
   • Select specific orders.
4. Enter the new owner’s email address and click Transfer.

Note:

• If licenses have already been activated, assigned, and are staying within the same organization, you can add a new user as an admin in User Management instead of transferring ownership.
