How are student devices set up?
For Bulk Import or Manual Setup, enter the teacher PIN on the student login page during first login. It will be saved for future access.
How can I change or reset my password?
To reset your password, use “Forgot your password?” on any login page. Follow the prompts to verify your email and set a new password.

How can I change my email?
To change your email, create a new account using the Login/Register link or “Sign up now!” on any Learning Without Tears digital product site.
Can I adjust the testing period setup in the Screener of Handwriting Proficiency?
Yes, with the new Screener you can adjust them. To adjust, go to Edit and click the Class Details button.
How do educators login?
Educators log in via Clever, ClassLink, Google SSO, or directly at +Live Insights. Access apps from the Dashboard or specific educator URLs.
How do students login?
Students log in via Clever, ClassLink, Google SSO, or with a username and code at specific URLs. Wet-Dry-Try requires the Apple app download.
How do I activate my licenses?
Activate licenses via the email link or by logging into +Live Insights. Use “Activate or Transfer” on the Dashboard. Need more? Visit our Products page.
