How can I change my email?
Your email address cannot be edited on an existing account. If your email changes, a new account must be created.

The steps depend on how you access digital products.
If you use Clever or ClassLink
If your school or district uses Clever or ClassLink, your email address is managed by your Student Information System (SIS) — not directly in +Live Insights®.
- Contact your school or district administrator to update your email address in the SIS.
If you log in with an email and password
If you have a new email address, you will need to create a new account using that new email.
What to do:
- Go to +Live Insights® and select “Sign up now!”
- Complete account creation using your new email address.
Your previous account and email cannot be updated to a new email — creating a new account is required.
Important:
- Creating a new account does not automatically transfer licenses from your old account.
- Once your new email account is created, licenses can be reassigned to your new email address.
