How can I change or reset my password?
Reset your password (non‑Clever/ClassLink): use the login page, verify your email, and create a new password. SSO users should contact district IT.
(Only applicable for non-Clever or ClassLink users)
You can reset your password from any Learning Without Tears digital product login page.
Steps to reset your password from a digital product login page:
- Enter your email address.
- Select “Forgot your password?”
- Enter your email address again and select “Send Verification Code.”
- Check your email for a message with the subject line:
“Learning Without Tears account email verification code.”- If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
- Enter the verification code and select “Verify Code.”
- Select “Continue.”
- Enter and confirm your new password, then select “Continue.”
You should be logged in automatically after completing these steps.
If you use Clever or ClassLink (Single Sign-On)
Contact your school or district IT team to reset your SSO password, as you do not have a Learning Without Tears password to reset.
