Licenses can only be transferred before activation. Log in to +Live Insights and use “Activate or Transfer.” Contact support if already activated.
If your digital admin has left, contact helpdesk@lwtears.com or call 888.983.8409, option 5, to regain access to your licenses.
To begin rostering, log in to +Live Insights and go to Roster Management. Choose a method and follow instructions. Email us to schedule launch.
Licenses expire 1 year after activation or 15 months after purchase. Check expiration in +Live Insights or contact support for exact dates.
Digital licenses are valid for 1 year. Activate within 3 months of purchase or the term starts automatically.
+Live Insights® helps manage digital product access. Log in, choose a rostering method, and follow setup instructions in the Admin Console.
Parents can log in to +Live Insights and use “Manually Enter User Information” in Roster Management to set up classes and license students.
