How can I find out when my licenses expire?

Standard (full) licenses expire 365 days (12 months) from the date of activation.

Standard (full) licenses expire 365 days (12 months) from the date of activation.

  • If licenses are not activated, they will automatically activate at the end of the 3-month grace period, and the 12-month term will begin at that time (no later than 15 months after purchase).

Workshop Licenses

Workshop licenses expire 180 days (6 months) from the date of activation, with the same 3-month activation grace period.

Check Expiration in +Live Insights®

Once licenses are activated, expiration information is available in +Live Insights®.

  1. Log in to +Live Insights®
  2. Open the Admin Console
  3. Select the Products & Licenses
  4. Review the “Exp. Soon” column
    • Licenses that are within 90 days of expiration will appear in this column.
