How do I remove sales tax?
If tax exempt, upload your certificate at checkout or email it with your order ID/PO to taxdepartment@lwtears.com for review before ordering.
I placed my order with a purchase order, what are your payment terms?
We accept authorized POs from U.S. and Canadian schools and businesses. Terms: Net 30 from shipment date for easy and flexible purchasing.
I did not receive an invoice for my order. How can I get one?
Invoices are mailed 6–8 business days after ordering. If delayed, email ar@lwtears.com to request a copy.
Where can I find a complete product price list?
Prices are available on our order forms or webstore.

Where do I ship my return?
Ship U.S. returns to: Learning Without Tears / PBD 905 Carlow Dr. Unit B, Bolingbrook, IL 60490. Canadian returns to: Northland Fulfillment 277 Humberline Dr., Toronto, ON M9W 0B6.
What if I need to return or exchange an item?
Returns are accepted within 3 months if items are unused. Include return form, reason, and refund/exchange request. Digital refunds apply if not activated.
