If tax exempt, upload your certificate at checkout or email it with your order ID/PO to taxdepartment@lwtears.com for review before ordering.
We accept authorized POs from U.S. and Canadian schools and businesses. Terms: Net 30 from shipment date for easy and flexible purchasing.
Invoices are mailed 6–8 business days after ordering. If delayed, email ar@lwtears.com to request a copy.
All live virtual sessions are recorded and available to review for 30 days following the live session date. Alternatively, we do offer one courtesy transfer to another available date.
We offer a certificate of attendance with contact hours just follow the instructions in the login email you receive to advise once you’ve finished viewing the topic.
An email will be sent from coordinator@lwtears.com once the order is fully processed. Our offices are open 9am-5pm EST and orders will be processed during office hours.

You may cancel a workshop for a refund minus a $35 fee if materials haven’t shipped or links haven’t been sent. One courtesy date transfer is also available.
