We accept authorized POs from U.S. and Canadian schools and businesses. Terms: Net 30 from shipment date for easy and flexible purchasing.
Invoices are mailed 6–8 business days after ordering. If delayed, email ar@lwtears.com to request a copy.

Admins can log in to +Live Insights to create teachers, classes, and students, and assign licenses. New admins must first create an account.
If your school doesn’t use Clever or ClassLink, you can submit rosters via One-time Bulk Import, which also supports Google SSO. Please see our instructions.
We support Clever and ClassLink as to options for SSO. Please see links for data roster sharing best practices.
Sales tax is applied based on shipping address. Exemptions accepted with valid forms. Some states and provinces are tax-free.
