Thanks for using Learning Without Tears! We’re excited you’re here but we have some rules specific to European law that you need to agree to before you use our web services (“Services”). This privacy policy details our compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and explains how we use any personal information we collect about you when you use this website. Because our Services are subject to change, the terms of this GDPR Policy may change as well. SECTION 1. Definitions

"Data Controller" is the person or organization that decides the purposes for which and the way in which any personal data is processed.

Data Subject” is any identified or identifiable natural person whose Personal Data is processed by a Data Controller responsible for processing.

Right of Erasure. This is your right under the GDPR in particular and European privacy law in general to be forgotten online.
