March might not be a month you typically associate with special holidays, but we’re celebrating two special holidays all month long at Learning Without Tears: Women’s History Month and Music in Our Schools Mont

Our National Handwriting Day celebration has come to an end and we had a wonderful time celebrating with everyone. Starting on National Handwriting Day and extending until National Random Acts of Kindness Day, we asked teachers, students, and parents to write handwritten notes of kindness to practice handwriting, share kindness with others, and to celebrate with us all month long!

Learning Without Tears™ is excited to join teachers, administrators and occupational therapists around the world in celebration of Digital Learning Month!  The entire month of February is dedicated to showcasing and sharing the impact of education technology on student success.

February is Black History and Digital Learning Month, and Learning Without Tears is celebrating the innovations of five African-American STEM visionaries.

FETC wrapped up on January 26, and we learned all about how to create a makerspace to enhance digital learning in the classroom. Long before tech learners graduate and head to the incubators of Silicon Valley, they learn to build vital technology and communication skills in the elementary school classroom. To be successful digital communicators, children first need to build foundation skills like social-emotional acuity and critical thinking.
