
What if I need to return or exchange an item?
Returns are accepted within 3 months if items are unused. Include return form, reason, and refund/exchange request. Digital refunds apply if not activated.
Learning Without Tears® will accept returns within three months of the customer’s order date. All returned items must be in unused, saleable condition. Each return must include:
- A copy of the packing slip or the returns processing form with the item(s) and quantity being returned marked
- Reason for return (damage, wrong item, duplicate, other)
- Your request for an account credit, refund, or exchange

Digital Products
Learning Without Tears will grant refunds on digital products within the first three months of the customer's order date for products that have not been activated. You should expect your refund within four weeks.
Refunds
You will receive a full refund for each item returned in unused, saleable condition. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of receipt of your return.
