How does Manual Setup work

Manual setup is a self-service method that allows administrators to create users, classes, and assign licenses directly in +Live Insights®.

Manual Setup in +Live Insights® (Self-Service)

1. Log in to +Live Insights®, the administrative dashboard

2. Activate your licenses from the dashboard

3. Go to Admin Console → User Management to invite or edit administrators and teachers

a.       Assign licenses to teachers if applicable

4. Create and manage users, classes, and licenses directly in +Live Insights®

5. Teachers can create their classes and assign licenses to students (if student licenses and class setup are applicable)

Important:

Manual setup is intended for:

·       Organizations with fewer than 100 users

·       Schools not using Clever, ClassLink, or Bulk Import

·       Parents or individual users
