Before getting started:
Review the Learning Without Tears Sharing Guide for ClassLink
Add the specified Learning Without Tears app based on the digital product(s) listed on your Purchase Order (PO)
Configure permissions and sharing rules
Enable the roster for the Learning Without Tears app
Share data with Learning Without Tears
After completing setup, contact implementation@lwtears.com to initiate the first sync
Learning Without Tears reviews the setup and completes the initial sync
Updates sync nightly
After the initial sync, you can request a manual sync by contacting implementation@lwtears.com if changes are not reflected after a nightly sync
Important:
Removing users or classes in ClassLink removes access and licenses in +Live Insights®
Rostering is based on data from your SIS. Any changes must be made by your District Administrator in ClassLink before they will appear in +Live Insights®
Ensure the email address used for setup matches the one listed in your Purchase Order (PO)
