Adding or removing users during the school year.

The process depends on your setup method: 

Manual Setup or Bulk Import 

  • Manage users directly in +Live Insights®  

  • Go to Admin Console → User Management 

  • Modify Classes if necessary 

Clever or ClassLink 

  • Make changes in your rostering system (SIS/Clever/ClassLink) 

  • Updates sync automatically to +Live Insights® nightly 

  • Contact implementation only if changes are not reflected 

 

Important: You must have licenses available to assign them to new users
