The process depends on your setup method:
Manual Setup or Bulk Import
Manage users directly in +Live Insights®
Go to Admin Console → User Management
Modify Classes if necessary
Clever or ClassLink
Make changes in your rostering system (SIS/Clever/ClassLink)
Updates sync automatically to +Live Insights® nightly
Contact implementation only if changes are not reflected
Important: You must have licenses available to assign them to new users
