How do I find my digital product activation email?
If you cannot find your activation email, you can log directly into +Live Insights® for activation and setup.

Follow these steps:
- Search your inbox for: "Action Required – Activate Your Learning Without Tears Licenses."
- Verify that your email address is listed as the digital contact on your Purchase Order (PO).
- If someone else placed the order, ask them to transfer ownership to your email address.
- Log in to +Live Insights®
- Select Activate or Transfer to activate your licenses.
