How do I find my digital product activation email?

If you cannot find your activation email, you can log directly into +Live Insights® for activation and setup.

Follow these steps:

1. Search your inbox for: "Action Required – Activate Your Learning Without Tears Licenses."
2. Verify that your email address is listed as the digital contact on your Purchase Order (PO).
3. If someone else placed the order, ask them to transfer ownership to your email address.
4. Log in to +Live Insights®
5. Select Activate or Transfer to activate your licenses.
