Key Things to Know About Trials
- Trials are time-limited and valid for 30 days.
- Trials are not full licenses and include limited access.
What a Trial Allows You to Do
- Access and explore the product during the trial period
- Preview instructional content
What Trials Do Not Do
- Trials do not include class information
- Trials do not allow for lesson assignment or reporting
When a Trial Ends
- When the trial period expires, access ends unless full licenses are purchased and activated.
- Licenses must be activated and assigned.

If you see trial messaging but believe licenses were purchased:
- Confirm licenses are activated and assigned in +Live Insights®
- Contact Digital Support to confirm your license status
