Confirm that student and/or teacher licenses have been assigned through the +Live Insights® administrative and educator
You can confirm that student and/or teacher licenses have been assigned through the +Live Insights® administrative and educator dashboard
Log in to +Live Insights®
Go to Admin Console → Products & Licenses
Confirm licenses are:
Activated
Assigned to users or classes
If licenses are not assigned:
Educators will not see products
Students will not see content
