Julia Stafford is an Occupational Therapist with over five years of experience supporting children and adolescents across school, clinic, private practice, and home-based settings. She earned both her Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Occupational Therapy degrees from Quinnipiac University. Julia specializes in handwriting, keyboarding, cursive writing, and executive functioning skills, helping students develop the tools needed for academic success and independence.

Currently, Julia works within the New York City Department of Education, supporting students in accessing and participating in the curriculum by addressing fine motor, visual-motor, and executive functioning challenges. In addition to her school-based practice, Julia provides individualized handwriting and executive functioning support to clients on Manhattan's Upper East Side and Upper West Side. Her approach is engaging, personalized, and evidence-based, empowering students to build confidence and achieve their full potential both in and out of the classroom
